Team Leader- Insurance Renewal
Job Location: Ahmedabad (Local Candidates are Prefered )
Job Description:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of Renewal Service Executives, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Policy Renewals Oversight: Oversee the renewal process, ensure maximum renewal ratio of policies, ensuring that all team members are effectively contacting customers before their insurance policies expire.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that high standards of customer service are maintained by the team, addressing complex inquiries and resolving issues when necessary.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their skills in policy renewals, customer service, and compliance.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on team activities, renewal rates, customer feedback, and other key metrics.
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
